1. All award recipients are to report in Full-Uniform at 12.30pm.
The following will be conducted for the cadets:
(a) Attendance Taking
(b) Temperature Taking Exercise according to school procedure
(c) Record of cadets travel declaration
2. In order for the temperature taking exercise to be conducted without hiccups, all award recipients are to bring along their Oral DigitalThermometer (ODT) upon reporting. Recipients who report to HQ withouttheir own ODT will be sent home.
3. All award recipients are to report to HQ on time. Recipients who are late (after 1.30pm maximum) will also be sent home. This is done so in order not to disrupt the order of ceremony.
4. The attire for reporting is FULL UNIFORM with badges worn. Members should not be wearing the Commissioner's Badge that was previously awarded.All other badges worn on the front and left sleeve of the uniform areallowed.

Fall-in: Festival court with all your belongings(eg.clothes, maual, camp stuff,etc.) all laid out on your green poncho by
