SEC ONES! Please read up on
fractures, bones, burns & bandaging in preparation for your BFA (Basic First Aid) examinations this Saturday, 12th July 2008. The exam would be in the SJ HQ at Beach Road. There would be a theory paper and a CPR & choking practical. Therefore, please ensure that you are proficient in your CPR! & remember the
Heimlich manoeuvre (For conscious choking) that Ruying taught you all on Friday. More details on the BFA exams would be provided in the course of the week. For now, please read up on all the abovementioned topics. Please inform your fellow platoon mates about this when you read it. Thanks! :)
